Video tutorials on brewing buckwheat (soba) tea

This short video about making buckwheat tea is very restful and pleasant. I found out today that using a wooden scoop is important in the process.

A second video tutorial from another source talks about tartary buckwheat, which is the variety traditionally used to make the most healthful (bitter) buckwheat tea.
